裂叶秋海棠别名岩红、红孩儿、血蜈蚣，是秋海棠科、秋海棠属多年生具茎草本植物。叶片轮廓呈斜卵形或偏圆形，叶片基部呈心形，先端渐尖，边缘有锯齿。花期8月，花小细碎，花形多姿，叶色柔媚，常见有玫瑰色、白色或粉红色。适合生长于河边、山谷阴处密林中岩石或岩壁上、山坡常绿阔叶林下、林中潮湿的岩石上，海拔100-1700m。 Begonia palmata D. Don, also known as laciniate begonia herb, is a perennial grass plant of Begoniaceae, begonia family. Its leaf is obliquely ovate or oblong with cordate leaf base, acuminate apex and serrate margin. Flowers, blooming in August, are small in colorful shapes, and leaves are soft and lovely, commonly rose, white or pink. It is suitable for growing on rocks or rock walls in dense forests in the shade of rivers and valleys, under evergreen broad-leaved forests on hillsides, and on wet rocks in forests, with an altitude of 100-1700m.
