九华山世界地质公园大铜像景区位于柯村盆地，是九华山世界地质公园的门户。景区东面以高耸入云的独秀峰、狮子峰为屏，经低缓丘陵到柯村盆地，其间九华河自南向北穿景区而过，总面积约25km2。景区具有旅游服务和社区居民发展两大功能，是一个融公园管理、旅游接待、休闲度假、游客中转和地质文化展示为一体的景区。景区内有九华山游客服务中心、九华山博物馆等基础设施，有如舒潭印月、九华河、九华群峰等自然景观，还有柯村老街、九华山中心学校、九华山佛学院等丰富的人文风貌， The Grand Bronze Statue Scenic Area is located in the Kecun Basin and serves asthe gateway to Jiuhuashan UGGp. Centered around Huacheng Temple, the scenic area extends eastward tothe Chaxiao Peak area, westward to the Bodies Preservation Hall, southward toFurong Peak, and northward to the mountain entrance, covering an area of ap.proximately 4 km?, The zone is an intermountain basin with an average altitudeof 650m, formed by a chain of bead-like ponds that bear the geological featuresof ancient cirque relics. Since the Ming and Qing dynasties, it has long served asa gathering and distributing hub for tourists. Retaining the architectural style otthe Qing Dynasty, the area exudes antique charm. Old streets are lined withshops and dotted with numerous temples and historical sites. Monks and localresidents live in harmony amid curling incense smoke. Slate paths wind throughstreets and alleys, connecting various temples, presenting a splendid scene ofthe Lotus Buddhist Kingdom. Jiuhua Street is the most concentrated gatheringplace of cultural and human landscapes in Jiuhuashan.
