化城寺与金乔觉 金乔觉是化城寺的实际开创者和首任住持，化城寺则是他在九华山修行的根本道场，被誉为九华山的‌开山祖寺‌。‌金乔觉在此苦修七十五载，圆寂后肉身不腐，被尊为地藏菩萨化身，使得化城寺成为九华山地藏信仰的核心发源地。 Huacheng Temple and Jin Qiaojue Jin Qiaojue was the actual founder and first abbot of Huacheng Temple. The temple acted as his primary spiritual practice sanctuary on Jiuhuashan and is reputed as the founding ancestral temple of the mountain. He practiced ascetic Buddhism here for seventy-five years. His mortal body remained incorruptible after his nirvana. Regarded as the incarnation of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, he established Huacheng Temple as the core origin of Ksitigarbha worship on Jiuhuashan. 화성사와 김교각   김교각은 화성사의 실질적 창건자이자 초대 주지로, 이곳은 그의 수행 도량이었다. 그는 75년간 수행한 후 입적하였으며, 육신이 부패하지 않아 지장보살의 화신으로 추앙받았다. 이로 인해 화성사는 구화산 지장 신앙의 핵심 발원지가 되었다.
