九华黄精  Jiuhua Sealwort  구화황정 九华黄精为多花黄精的一种，多年生草本植物，其宿根呈姜形，富含氨基酸、黄酮等营养物质，食药两用，药用价值高。 环九华山地区是九华黄精特色农产品种植的优势区，九华黄精逐渐成为九华山第一大特产。同时，基于九华黄精开发的系列产品有九制黄精、黄精茶、黄精酒、黄精饮品、黄精食品等40余种，畅销全国各地。九华黄精先后获得国家地理标志证明商标、国家地理标志保护产品、农产品地理标志产品等称号，入选“十大皖药”。 Jiuhua sealwort is a herbaceous perennial plant belonging to the species Polygonatum cyrtonema. The rhizomes are of the ginger type and are rich in amino acids, flavonoids, and other nutrients. It can be used in both food and medicine with considerable bioactivity, boasting high medicinal value. The area around Jiuhuashan is a key zone for the cultivation of Jiuhua sealwort, a specialty agricultural product, which has gradually become the top specialty product of Jiuhuashan. Moreover, there are more than 40 kinds of series products developed based on Jiuhua sealwort, including Nine-processed Jiuhua sealwort, sealwort tea, sealwort wine, sealwort beverages, and sealwort food, all of which are popular nationwide.
